Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Lead construction projects for our diverse portfolio, including automotive, grocery retail/food and beverage and non-automotive businesses.
• Negotiation & Liaison: Engage in OEM reimaging negotiations, establishing solid partnerships.
• End-to-End Management: Lead all construction initiatives for the company including managing design consultants and/or general contractor through design development, budget development, construction, and fit out phases. . Work in tandem with the Real Estate and Facilities team to optimize equipment procurement.
• Proposal Crafting: Articulate compelling proposals, devise clear scopes, and ensure timely delivery through carefully constructed schedules and estimates.
• Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor project deliverables, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
• Documentation Expertise: Spearhead comprehensive project documentation from initiation to completion.
