Job title: Contractor – IT Controls Testing

Job description: Our top tier publicly traded client is looking for an IT Controls Specialist for approximately five months. The assignment will involve testing ITGC and application controls.

This role can be done from Calgary or Edmonton and will be hybrid. There is the potential for this role to become permanent.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 2+ years of internal controls/internal audit experience.
• Experience in a publicly traded company or in public practice auditing public companies is an asset.
• Will consider candidates with relevant schooling who want to grow their career in this direction (e.g. have completed CISA or Concordia’s Master of Information Systems Assurance Management program (or similar).
• Will also consider more senior level candidates who are fine to perform the actual testing.
