Mission
Our Project Management team is looking for construction site coordinators to work on institutional, industrial or infrastructure projects of various size and nature. You will work in collaboration with construction project managers to ensure construction site control and coordination.
Primary responsibilities
- Working in collaboration with the project manager, multidisciplinary teams and external professionals
- Coordinate the setting up of the construction site with the project manager and contractor
- Coordinate construction site management with the contractor
- Ensure observance of health and safety measures on the construction site
- Coordinate and plan service interruption requests, bypass measures, welding permits, etc
- Support the project manager in the handling of hazardous materials
- Demonstrate open-mindedness and critical judgment when evaluating proposed construction methods
- Ensure supervision of the construction site, from opening to closing
Profile
- DVS, ACS, DCS or bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
- Relevant construction experience allowing for the development of a solid understanding of project management and good practical knowledge of related techniques
- Command of the Microsoft MS Office suite
- Acute organizational skills, multiskilling, resourcefulness and self-reliance
- Ability in handling data and using various software
- Thoroughness and consistency
- Interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Attention to detail and work quality
- ASP Construction card
