Job title: Coordinator, Executive Education in Beedie Executive Education Programs

Job description: The Coordinator, Executive Education, works collaboratively within the unit to implement, deliver and evaluate credit and non-credit programs, policies and procedures that contribute to high quality educational experiences for clients and prospective partners. The Coordinator manages program administration and provides operational support for designated programs; administers special events including local, national and international programming; conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepares reports; coordinates program budgets and participates in cost projections.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline, and two years of related experience in coordinating the administration and delivery of custom credit and/or non-credit programs, including experience in event planning, program/project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Proficient in the use of standard office and content management applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Canvas, CQ5, etc.).
  • Proficient in the use of enterprise level information management systems (e.g., SIMS, PeopleSoft, FINS, etc.).
  • Ability to utilize learning management systems, e-learning, or on-line platforms, in the delivery of executive programs.
