Overview

We’re looking for Customer Care Agents to join our Vancouver HQ! With a rapidly growing customer and fan base, our Customer Care team provides above and beyond customer service through all our platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for all enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-centric individuals who want to help create a memorable and seamless Vessi experience for each of our customers.

This is a part-time (24 hours/week), 6-month contract with the possibility to extend to a permanent, part-time position.

Vancouver HQ hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and potentially Saturday and/or Sunday based on business needs.

Please note that excellent writing skills are a big part of this job and we’ll require a cover letter in order to consider you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Interact with customers by answering emails and chats through our dedicated platforms
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution decided upon while following policies and procedures established by management
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving promotions and back end systems to ensure optimal job performance
  • Speak with customers in real time over the phone
  • Other tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to complete a role play during the interview process

It’s a Bonus if You Have:

  • Minimum 60wpm typing speed
  • 1+ years experience working in an e-commerce, retail, hospitality or call centre environment
  • Previous experience working with clothing or footwear in any capacity
  • Knowledge of e-commerce based platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Loop, Netsuite, etc.
