The Opportunity
HabitatReStore.ca, the social enterprise of Habitat for Humanity GTA, is rapidly expanding its online presence with all 12 of its brick and mortar retail locations online. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and provide the best experience possible from multiple touch-points.
Your Impact
- Manages customer service inquiries through various contact points: e-mail, phone, Google My Business
- Engages customers and donors in positive conversations that lead to the smooth resolution of their queries
- Recognizes when to escalate complaints or scenarios falling outside the support boundaries through established process
- Connecting daily with our retail ReStore network regarding order management, inventory, and logistics
- Redirecting inquiries to various internal departments
- Suggesting continuous improvements on web policy pages through customer feedback and supportive data
- Building reports and analyzing data relating to customer service contact points
- Occasional support with e-commerce data entry and admin
What You Bring
- Experience within an e-commerce platform (1 year)
- Customer service experience (1 year)
- Technologically proficient – ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, congenial attitude and excellent telephone/e-mail manner
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve for amicable resolutions within the customer service framework
