Job Description

In collaboration with the Digital Strategies Manager and the Marketing Team, the person is responsible for the update, evolution and monitoring of websites associated with our auto repair services banners (NAPA AUTOPRO, NAPA Nexdrive, …)

The person is also responsible for ensuring performance and visibility of auto repair shops operating under the NAPA banners. It does not require coding skills but a good knowledge of the various current market technologies and reporting solutions, combined with Digital Marketing best practices.

the person will be involved in updating information, promotions and content according to project timelines and content calendars. At the same time, the incumbent will assist the team in monitoring and supporting growth on various local SEO projects using our vendors’ and Marketing platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO 101 as well as general digital marketing tactics.
• Experience with CMS (WordPress or other systems) to operate content changes.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively and to popularize processes and digital services to independent auto repair shops.
• Knowledge of the auto industry is a significant asset.

Main responsibilities:

• Update contents and promotions on various websites including promotions, banners, blog articles, lists of shops etc.
• Follow content calendar and participate in briefing creations with the team.
• Assist in web projects and in coordinating all front-end and back-end aspects of projects (new releases, new contents, new templates, and QA)
• Communicate regularly on new releases to the network (release notes, internal reviews)
• Administer and monitor Local SEO performance (using our Marketing platform)
• Audit store presence online using our Marketing platform

Qualifications

To join our team, you must, among other things:

• Have a university or college diploma combined with 3 years of professional experience in marketing and or similar functions.
• Be bilingual, French and English.
• Have proven experience with tracking records of past analytics.
• Have experience in a cross-team environment.
• Have experience in managing a CMS tool from a content standpoint.
• Be an experienced user of Google Analytics and other reporting suites from Google such as Search Console.
• Experience with aftermarket and automotive service provider business models as well as multi-location retail environments with an e-commerce platform is preferred.
