Looking to hire a Full-Time Estimator!!

Working for a family business in their home office.

Benefits:
Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Requirements:
3+ years of estimation experience
Construction background is preferred
Able to multitask and a reliable individual
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Job Duties:
Searching through the job portals and looking for any jobs that would fit their interest to bid on
Speaking with potential vendors
Reaching out to vendors to get their organization on the bidding list
Preparing cost statements
Prepare and maintain a director of vendors
Prepare estimations for labour, equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations drawings etc.
