You will do…

Management of Job Wide Contracts:

• You will be the handler our subcontract contracts
• Lead weekly calls, bubble up any delays immediately
• Integrate delivery schedule in 3wk and 90 day schedule
• Follow up on vendor submissions and make sure EJV responds within contractual timeframe
• Setup meetings when things start to go off the rails

Field Handler Responsibilities:

• Manage all on site subcontracts
• Track quantities installed for monthly claiming
• Accrue costs incurred
• Bubble up concerns from subcontractors
• Be involved with subcontractor schedules and make sure they are in the 3wk and 90day schedules
• Review subcontract submissions before they get uploaded to teambinder for accuracy
• Make sure subcontractor submissions are in teambinder and EJV is approving them
• Collect necessary Mill Certs or other quality documentation, fill out MRR (Material Receiving Report)

You have…

• A degree in Engineering
• Experience on the field and/or in subcontract administration
• Experience on a project in Canada
