Job description: Cater Nation Events Ltd dba Ustaad G Indian Cuisine at Unit- 105B 7638 Anvil (129A Street) Way, Surrey BC is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a full-time position. Duties would be to supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensure food meets the quality standards, Attend customer complaints, resolve any complaints arising out of service, record waste and food consumption during the shift, train staff in food service maintain records such as repairs, sales, wastage etc. during the shift, participate in inspections, train food service staff. Ensure all the equipments are in good working condition, maintain hygiene and keep the restaurant clean as per standard.. Experience of 7 months or more is required. Programs related to hospitality management would be an asset. Minimum education completion of high school is required. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be available evenings and weekends.
