Job Description

THE ROLE

The Fulfillment Specialist plays a pivotal role in our operations, acting as the crucial link between our Customer Success Representatives, Service Technicians, and Purchasing, streamlining ET Group’s warehouse and service operations. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Etobicoke headquarters.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Monitor part requests, add, process, and track all equipment necessary for service calls, and prepare parts requests for technician pickup to ensure efficient call closeout and smooth operation.
• Manage shipping of parts to/from Sub Contractors and assist with processing orders from our vendors for spare stock and Technician tool kits.
• Maintain spare/service inventory by conducting routine counts and identify low stock items for replenishment. Analyze usage trends and adjust stocked items accordingly.
• Identify new parts/products installed on new project installations, purchase appropriate spares based on quantities installed, and source legacy parts no longer available through regular channels.
• Assist the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Executor with shipping RMA parts to vendors for repairs and/or advance replacement, including document verification and part reconciliation in Q360, our ERP software.
• Streamline and escalate requests in the warehouse communication channel and assist with lab office calls and testing.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or related field.
• Proficiency in using ERP software, preferably experience with Q360.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Familiarity with electronics or technical products is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fulfillment operations, including order processing and shipping logistics.
• Understanding of inventory optimization techniques and practices.

• Annual salary range: 68-75k CAD per year.
