Job description: About the client:
Our client, an eco-friendly household product company founded in 2019, has rapidly expanded to multiple locations in Canada and overseas. They are renowned for their innovative laundry detergent strips, eliminating the need for plastic jugs and reducing waste and emissions.

They are dedicated to social responsibility, having donated over 11 million loads of laundry and holding a B-Corp Certification for their outstanding social and environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels in all 3PL locations against forecast requirements and collaborate with the warehouse manager to determine work order needs.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and transfers from all locations to meet expected delivery dates.
- Manage DTC orders in 3PL system(s) to ensure a top-notch customer experience with 2-5-day shipping times at minimal costs.
- Manage Commercial orders in 3PL system(s) for optimal customer experience, ensuring delivery within the 2-week stipulated period at minimized costs.
- Coordinate Amazon shipments with our Amazon Partner, ensuring stock availability and order allocations through 3PL facilities.
- Proficiently use the ERP system to generate outbound shipping documentation, manufacturing work orders, and control inventory.
- Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit packing and shipping.
- Coordinate with the Head of Operations and warehouse manager on material requirements, identifying and closing gaps in shortages.
- Notify Sales of any fulfillment or scheduling impacts on customer orders.
- Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedule adherence.
- Manage shipping status reports and explore efficiencies through various shipping options.
- Generate Customs Paperwork and maintain operational rapport with our preferred customs broker.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, 5+ years in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or Logistics roles.
- APICS Certification (e.g., CPIM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain systems, LEAN planning principles, and ERM/ERP software.
- Demonstrated grasp of Demand Planning tools and KPIs.
- Financial acumen, enabling cost-effective decision-making and comprehension of financial consequences.
- Candidates in the Burnaby and surrounding area are preferred.
