In this role you must have regular, prompt attendance. Have the ability to climb stairs, lift 50 pounds, sit and stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, working with heights, bending, and kneeling. You must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment. You must be able to complete Company sponsored training as required, and must be able and willing to work overtime. The candidate must be willing to work shift work or holidays as required. Employee will work in plant environment and is expected to initiate work based on general instructions from management.

Work consists of general plant and equipment cleaning, lifting shoveling, painting, operation of mobile equipment (forklift and bobcats). Ability to learn process operator jobs to fill in for absences or vacation on a full or part-time basis. Willing to work 12 hour shifts, shiftwork, weekends and holidays. Must be physically fit. Must be able to climb stairs, ladders. No fear of heights.
