Job description: General Labour in Mississauga (Rotational Shifts)

Location: Lakeshore – Southdown (South Mississauga)
Employment: Full-time with the possibility of permanent hire

We have an immediate opening for a General Labourer with Forklift counterbalance experience in Mississauga.
This is a Full-time opportunity with the possibility of PERMANENT hire …

We are looking for MOTIVATED and HARDWORKING individuals to join a team of Construction experts.

Salary:
$19.50 per hour

Shift times:
Day shift : 7am-3pm
Afternoon shift: 3pm-11pm
rotational shifts (changes every 2 weeks)

MUST HAVES:
Over 1-year experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Valid Forklift License
Must have an access to a vehicle
Must have Motivation, Perseverance, Good sense of time
Must be willing to be trained

Responsibilities
Loading and unloading products
Storing, moving, and handling different types of products
Assisting with shipping and receiving
Preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Other work-related duties as assigned
80% GL and 20%FL

Qualifications
Over 1-year experience operating counterbalance forklift
MUST Have valid Forklift License
MUST have a car
Willing to work overtime as we are in our busy season (September – April)
Must have steel-toed safety shoes
Workboots
Must wear safety ear protection during work (provided by the company)
Heavy lifting (50 lbs), loading/unloading trucks, housekeeping.
Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
