Shift: Day 6:00am-4:30pm Monday – Thursday. 6:00am – 2:30pm Friday, OT after 40hrs
Wage: Days: $20.60 per hour.
Plus production bonus
**MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION**
Job Description
The General Laborer position is responsible for form set-up, rebar tying, Durisol (concrete type mixture) pouring and
vibration, patching, painting and form tear-down/clean-up. Additional responsibilities
may be assigned as needed.
Job Requirements
– Follow client work instructions to ensure safe work practices and quality products
– Rake, level, tamp and screen Durisol
– Place and check rebar in the product to specification
– Unload product
– Clean molds and batching equipment
– Train and assist other hourly employees as required
– Facility maintenance and housekeeping
– Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Lead Hand/Supervisor
Qualifications:
– Ability to lift/push/pull 25-50lbs on a regular basis throughout shift
– Punctual, reliable and a good team player
– Able to read and understand work instructions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
– At least a high-school diploma or equivalent
– Basic math and measurement skills
– Experience with blueprint reading, forklift or crane operation an asset
