Job title: General Labourer

Job description: A growing chemical processing plant in Fort Erie is seeking General Labourers. The position is starting as soon as possible, so only those available to do so need apply. This is a one to 2 week contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using a hand held hot air gun (think industrial blow-dryer) to melt loose plastic stitching on bulk bags
  • Attends to the bagging stations for product
  • Remove garbage and other housekeeping tasks.
  • Move products and raw materials within the plant as instructed by the Shift Supervisor.
  • Other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
  • use of hand tools experience

Shift times: 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays

Length of contract: 1 to 2 weeks

Contract length: 1 – 3 weeks
