Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will oversee all areas of operations and floor management. The General Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the venue and direct supervision of the venue management team. The General Manager ensures all company standards, policies and procedures are adhered to and must ensure that guest satisfaction is the number one priority of the venue team. The General Manager will maintain personal integrity by abiding to and supporting our company’s core values and principles through leadership, a positive attitude and with joyful energy.

Qualifications: * The General Manager should be action-oriented and have initiative
- High-volume restaurant manager experience is a must
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and creativity are a must for the General Manager
- The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
- The General Manager position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume Restaurant and/or Entertainment environment
