Greeter/Host – Part Time & Full Time – Summer Seasonal – Beaver Creek, CO

Summary of Position:

The Reservations Agents are guest service experts providing an Experience of a Lifetime by building the perfect dining experience for the guests at two of our renowned on mountain restaurants: Beano’s Cabin & Allie’s Cabin.

As a Reservations Agent, you are responsible for interaction with Beano’s Cabin guests over the phone. You will be handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing information on all aspects of our dining experience and making accurate dinner reservations using OpenTable reservation system. Reservation Agents must be able to work 8:30am-4:30pm, including weekends and holidays.

Position requires exceptional guest service skills, positive attitude and willingness to listen to and interpret guests’ expectations. Top candidate will be self-motivated and have patience with our guests.

Responsibilities of the Reservations Agent include, but are not limited to:

• Consistent, pleasant demeanor in all aspects of guest interactions
• Manage incoming telephone and e-mail correspondence promptly with proper etiquette
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and disperse the same information repeatedly with attention to detail
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Courteously resolve guest questions and concerns
• Work independently and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous reservations, restaurant, or other customer service experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of OpenTable system highly preferred
• In-person interview highly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English fluently
• Season long commitment required

The budgeted range starts at $12.32 – $14.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
