The Guest Services Representative will act as the representative for the mall enthusiastically promoting the center, its’ stores, programs, and services. The Guest Services Representative will report to Guest Services Supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to shopper’s requests and inquiries, via telephone, email, web chat, or in-person, responding in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Centre’s services, stores and locations, and upcoming special events and promotional services
- Support the Centre’s gift card program including handling large amounts of cash, credit and Interact payments, and reconciling receipts.
- Complete administrative tasks and conduct all service functions related to the Guest Experience Desk.
- Assist with promotional and special events as required.
- Provide gift wrapping for customers and assist with other related duties.
- Calmly handling potentially stressful situations with integrity and a sense of empathy.
- Handle computer systems, finances and data entry with equal ease and efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to deal to comfortably deal with technology such as Microsoft Teams, our Giftcard Selling Software, setting up and managing Ipads, troubleshooting Wifi problems, and managing multiple accounts to different services.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
