The opportunity

As a Hospitality Clerk you will join our Workplace Support Group with a variety of different tasks. This role helps provide a positive experience to our clients, visitors and our staff, while maintaining high sanitary standards when it comes to our Food and Beverage standards.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure daily maintenance of our coffee machines and stations
  • Ensure all stations are fully stocked with coffee, milk, sugar and cups
  • Reviewing daily catering orders, when they will arrive, and coordinating getting them to the right locations
  • Setup the meeting room with the food and beverages, ensuring appropriate plates, cutlery, napkins, cups and serving utensils are provided
  • Clean up the room afterwards
  • Order and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Partner with the meeting coordinator and other team members to ensure positive client experience

  • Ability to organize and maintain all orders and meeting requirements
  • Ability to work in a team

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience working in the Hospitality Industry
  • Bilingual in English and French
