As a Hotel Dispatch Agent, our “At Your Service (AYS)” is a department that provides a high level of service to both our external guests and internal resort clients via telephone. AYS liaises with departments all over the resort to ensure that the guests needs are met, and where possible exceeded. The main purpose of this position is to ensure a smooth daily operation, while working efficiently and productively providing superior guest service.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Answers calls on radio, cell phone and telephone in a courteous and professional manner;
- Record and dispatch incoming requests accurately and efficiently;
- Follows up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner;
- Effectively communicates with other Hotel Departments when dispatching guests requests;
- Any additional administrative tasks as assigned.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong computer skills/knowledge (previous experience using a computerized phone or security system an asset)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team oriented with a friendly, cheerful, and positive demeanor
- Proven track record of producing tangible and measurable results
- Recognizing areas of opportunity for improvement and taking self-directed action to correct
- Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays; 24 hour operation 7 days a week, varied shifts
