Job description: All successful candidates are required to reside within commuting distance of our Langford/Victoria office location. Plexxis does not offer remote work opportunities.

Position Title: Office/House Keeper

Reports to: Sr. Leader of Operations

Job Type: Part time, permanent – “Short Shift”: 9:00am – 3:30pm Daily – 5.5 hours Mon-Fri (1 hour unpaid break for lunch)

Location: Victoria, BC

Hourly Range: $31.00 – $36.00

Purpose:

Office/House Keeper will play a critical role in the maintenance and general condition of the Office space with regards to the cleanliness of the space designated for Plexxis Software and all common areas within the building. The position requires strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform general/routine custodial duties, including the following:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (Laundry, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning etc.)
• Order and maintain office supplies including groceries and general office supplies.
• Proper Garbage/Recycling Disposal
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Ensure Gym equipment is functional and clean and needed repairs are performed or reported
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Potential for snack and light meal preparation for leadership team
