We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Administrative Assistant to support Office and HR team at Kent Distribution Centre, Moncton.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Manage and update HR databases (e.g., Kronos, SharePoint) with different information such as vacation and days off. Follow up on absent employees.
Manage attendance prompts, inputting time edits, etc.
Complete payroll submissions weekly.
Manage the uniform program (order, distributing and uploading completed vouchers on retail pay input took for associate deductions).
Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
Assist our recruiter as required. Support tracking of 30, 60, 90-day evaluations.
Managing store support time sheets and pay.
Setting up all new employees in Kronos (time clock).
Create reports in excel as required.
Create expense POs for all agency payrolls.
Drug testing by required.
Uploading all training documentation into HCM.
Arrange for folks to be enrolled in training sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant and with high detailed data entry tasks is an asset.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software is a must.
- Knowledge of HR software (HCM, Kronos, etc.) as well as is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
