Job Description and Responsibilities

The Information Technology Intern will work directly with our IT Management team to improve on existing inventory metrics, mobile phone asset review, and review mobile service status.

• Analyze existing mobile metrics and develop solutions for improvement. Create monthly metrics reports
• Review and document service on all mobile phones and update all necessary information on an account level. Work with other IT groups to move forward the process improvement
• Participate in asset management by working with IT groups to gather and create asset reporting
• May occasionally analyze finance information for accuracy
• Opportunity to work on projects

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Math or related discipline
• Ability to communicate well and work in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio or other relevant software packages. Understands how to use MS Excel and MS Word. Experience developing pivot tables a plus
• “Can do” attitude: ability to understand requirements and then move forward; willing to try different approaches in search of the best solution and not afraid to ask questions
