Summary of Responsibilities:

• Cost Data Project

• Gathering documents (plans, budgets, etc) from various sources (historical data in server, internet, contacting properties, etc), Sorting through the data and documents and extrapolating data related to specific renovations – ex: restaurant, rooms, etc
• Preparing reports for a specific renovation that would have:

• Images of the space
• Tagged furniture layout
• Page of actual furniture pictures
• Costs for each piece of furniture
• Overall cost for the renovation; cost per key; cost per seat; cost per square foot.
• Preparing master document of property overview for all NCA properties
• Electronic filing
• Assisting D&TS colleagues on various project related tasks, presentations, etc.

About you:

• Enrolled in an Interior Design program and must be returning to school in Fall 2021
• Working knowledge of the following software:

• Bluebeam, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop
• Knowledge of how to read FF&E specifications and budgets
• Desire to advance your hospitality career, with strong ability, engagement, and motivation;
• You have a passion for learning and are eager to take on any challenge
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
