Overview

The Role:

We are focused on meeting the growing need for data and systems to support ever evolving business processes. In this role, you will rotate through various IT teams to gain exposure and contribute to the areas of Data/Analytics, Finance/Enabling Functions, Supply Chain and Go To Market.

Help us solve new and exciting business problems with data analysis, advanced analytics, and a love of problem solving. Success in this role will require exceptional data analysis skills, an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and strong appreciation for delivering business results. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be working on:

• Actively contribute to code development in projects and services
• Translate Business needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a variety of projects.
• Deliver advanced analytics and data science projects from end-to-end.
• Effectively communicate insights to project stakeholders
• Support the adoption of solutions into the business process.
• Identify best practices in the advanced analytics space by tracking technology and industry trends.

Qualifications

Who’s a good fit for the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data/Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, an engineering discipline, or equivalent
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in working with relational databases.
• Experience in any of Python, SQL, Hive-QL, UNIX/LINUX scripting
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions.
• Familiarity with ETL programming/data ingestion
• Familiarity in working in SCALED AGILE framework.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with performance Tuning, Data Analysis, Mapping, Loading & Validation
• Familiarity with one or more cloud service providers (Azure preferred)
