Responsibilities
- Analyze requests from business
- Work with the team to design and implement solutions
- Assist with change management and training activities
- Create & execute test cases and facilitate UAT
Top Skills Required
- 1 to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst developing business and functional requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience writing and executing test cases
- 1 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- 1 to 3 years of experience participating in change management and training
- Proficient with MS Excel including the abilities to use pivot tables
- Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
- Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines
