Our Supply Chain team is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the team. The IT Business Analyst will mainly be required to analyze business needs and translate them into Use Cases and User Stories within an Agile team. He will be involved in all phases of product development.

Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and the Agile team in the definition, writing, prioritization and realization of the stories;
Be a key player in setting up and maintaining the health of the team’s backlog;
Write more detailed functional specifications from time to time;
Acts as a liaison between the business units, the technology team and the support team;
Evaluate information captured during work sessions, document business processes and perform task analysis;
Participate in the conception and design of solutions;
Analyze problems raised by the support team and propose action plans;
Play an important role in system integration;
Perform data analysis to discover business rules or examine issues.

Desired profile:

Knowledge of the development cycle;
Possesses strong problem-solving skills;
Possesses very good writing skills;
Is a team player and interacts very well with other team members;
Flexible and productive in an ever-changing environment;
Excellent knowledge of French and English (bilingual);
Knowledge of the supply chain and experience in the field of EDI (an asset).

Qualifications:

College or University degree study in a related field;
A minimum of 5 years of experience.
