Job description:
- Support the processes that support the functions of the different departments
- Ensure the production of business process diagrams to define operational activities and procedures
- Work jointly with project managers, system owners, and users to refine requirements/objectives
- Analyze the efficiency of business processes in order to establish strategies to improve them
- Participate in the creation of new procedures to improve business processes, operations and data flows
- Provide user training as needed
- Perform the necessary tests (system requirements and regression tests)
- University degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in software development (asset)
- Experience with an ERP (SAP ideally)
- Experience in taking needs from different managers in order to transform them into technical language for the development team
- Experience in business process mapping and modeling
- Experience in agile method (asset)
- Bilingual (French & English)
