Job description: Nature of Work:
The Business Analyst develops solutions to fulfill client’s requirements and manages a project from it’s creation to completion and in some cases provides on going support.
The role will include requirements gathering, elicitation and collaboration to deliver client’s expectation while maintaining a clear and transparents
line of communication with the client. This roles converts client requirements into technical and non-technical requirements for software, QA and UX teams. The BA’s responsibilities also include training/coaching end users with different levels of understanding of technology, creating manuals, handling licensing, conducting meetings, creating data driven growth projectctions and presenting to higher management about company’s growth.

Accountabilities/Duties:
Conduct current state assessments of process, technology, organization and controls within a business or IT context, including process mapping and identifying gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities
Assist client stakeholders to define the desired future state, including the development of efficient, effective processes, process controls, and supporting technology and organizational structure
Facilitate stakeholder workshops
Develop operational metrics and frameworks for monitoring, measuring, and improving operational performance
Define business requirements that clearly convey business needs to both business and technical resources
Develop training material to support new processes, systems, roles and responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance and test planning, using both automated and manual methods
Proactively manage organizational change through effective stakeholder engagement and communication
Implement standards, processes and best practices at any level of an organization

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a BA or a similar role
Experience managing international clients is an asset
