Job title: IT Business Analyst
Job description: – Take charge of the communication between IT and marketing departments;
– Participate in the implementation / development and management of projects of various applications and systems related to electronic commerce, CRM, digital;
– Review applications and provide analytical solutions to resolve technical issues;
– Establish and update specifications, documents, test protocols and scripts;
– Act as a project manager as needed;
– Take part in the various software tests;
– Train users on the use of various system components and reports;
– Oversee changes and enhancements to business technology applications;
– Work closely with developers on data, workflow and additional development needs.
– At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
– You are recognized for your aptitude in project management;
– Knowledge of Salesforce systems (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC);
– Knowledge of Aptos and Momentis systems (an asset);
– Team player;
– Excellent oral and written communication skills;
– Able to communicate in French.
