We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst for our client, located on the North Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent position, flexible in terms of on-site work (must reside in Quebec) – salary between $85,000 and $95,000 depending on experience.
Your missions:
Job description:
- Manage IT development projects (system customization, implementation of new features, addition of implementation of new functionalities, addition of complementary software)
- Creation and maintenance of Excel reports built with SQL queries to complement the
the Fidelio ERP system
- Provide support to users (user creation, rights management, general technical support to users)
- Be the resource person for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions (Fidelio ERP
(Fidelio ERP developers, network technicians, specialized consultants, etc.)

Profile description:
- Degree in business administration or computer science
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, mastery of ODBC, mastery of matrix functions.
- Knowledge of the distribution industry (an asset)
- Experience with Fidelio ERP software or any other ERP (an asset)
Work experience: 5-7 years
