Job title: IT business relationship manager

Job description:

• Create and manage, in collaboration with shared services leaders, the relationship of IT business partners
• Analyze and find new ways of doing service improvements
• Support the analysis of solutions related to improving the efficiency of the organization’s operations
• Take charge of a major project concerning the company’s shared services
• Participate in departmental budget planning
• Support, as needed, product documentation and updates
• Work in close collaboration with the other managers in place to support the different teams in their daily tasks
• More than 5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar position
• Experience in IT projects
• Very good sense of service and customer orientation
• Excellent interrelationship skills
• Team player
• Bilingual French/English
