ActiveCo Technology Management, a New Charter Technologies Company, is currently looking for an IT Consultant/virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to join our team. The consultant holds a prominent role on the Client Services team and is critical to the successful operations of ActiveCo. As the consultant, you will be responsible for developing strong rapport with our clients in order to assist them as proactively and strategically as possible. If you pride yourself with first class customer service, possess exceptional communication skills and are detail oriented, then this is a job for you!
Core Outcomes:
- Manage client accounts and relationship
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, resources, and recommend the appropriate solutions to satisfy their demands
- Assist clients with understanding and adopting new technology
- Liaison with client for service escalations
- Project Management – Oversee and manage Professional Services projects for our clients
- Provide consistent communication internally on current and future projects
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients
- Conduct onsite / offsite client meetings as well as train / communicate our clients on technical procedures
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of ActiveCo
- Execute on all the Company’s policies and procedures

Experience Required:
- Possess business process and/or consulting experience
- Previous experience in IT is an asset
- Require a valid BC driver’s license and access to transportation
