Job title: IT Co-ordinator

Job description: i24 Call Management Solutions, an inbound shared service call center, takes great pride in the strength of our award-winning team of agents and management support staff. In parnership with the IT Director, the role of the IT Co-ordinator is to maintain and further develop a hybrid cloud server and workstation environment.

Tasks will include :

Desktop and Server support and maintenance
Backup monitoring and maintenance
E-mail inbox monitoring and maintenance
Assist with internal remote access set-up’s for new employees
Assist with software and hardware issues
Keeping an inventory of all company electronic assets
This position will require you to be On Call on rotation with the IT Director, in case of any IT situation affecting our 24/7 operations.

The position offered is a hybrid between telecommuting and office work, as needed. Schedule to be defined together.

Requested skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer technology or a similar field. College IT certificate is also accepted, or, any equivalent experience.
We are looking for stability and the long term, even it that means training you a little bit longer before you can be fully operational on your own. We will support you !

Strong proficiency with windows environment required.
Experience with Cloud infrastructure and remote workforce a plus.
Strong aptitude for problem solving, with an interest in maintaining collaborative IT documentation.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical personel.
Conversational fluency in both English and French required.
