Job title: IT Coordinator and Level 1 and 2 IT Support
Job description: You have a very good project management skills and you have the technical skills to perform level 1 and 2 support.
Our client is looking for a level 1 and 2 IT Coordinator and IT Support to assist the IT Manager in day-to-day operations and all users of the business by providing level 1 and 2 support.
Tasks:
– Manage the technology inventory, including the fleet of laptops and IT equipment (i.e., monitor, keyboard, cabling, telephony, etc.) for all employees (
100) located in 3 offices (Brossard, Toronto, New York)).
– Perform level 1 and 2 IT support.
– Track monthly and annual budgets and variance analysis.
– Manage external vendors in relation to IT and administration activities (i.e., boardroom, telephony, external helpdesks, etc.).
– Update internal documentation as well as build and maintain the knowledge base for the department: guides, procedures, processes, etc.
– Popularize the technological language to develop guides and provide training to users.
– Oversee the processing of requests with the outsourcing provider (“external helpdesk”).
– Manage internal projects (i.e., expansion of offices, internal initiatives and events, projects of different sizes regarding tools to employees, etc.).
– Travel to Toronto and New York offices on a regular basis (quarterly / semi-annual) depending on ongoing projects.
– Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:
– 2-5 years experience in IT support, IT fleet management or IT project coordination.
– Administration of the Microsoft Office 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, etc.).
– Good project management and task planning skills.
– Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
– Driver’s license valid in Quebec (class 5).
– Experience in an IT professional services business considered a plus.
– Intermediate knowledge of WAN networking (Internet and ZTNA) (an asset).
– Knowledge of mobility equipment (cellular phones, tablets) (an asset).
– Knowledge of wired and wireless networks (an asset).
– Knowledge of Autotask products, Datto RMM, Exclaimer, backup copy system (an asset).
– Knowledge of active Directory + Azure active directory of Microsoft (an asset).

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year (+ 10% annual bonus)
