About the Company: We’re partnered with a Canadian venture capital firm to help them find an IT Operations & Security Manager to join their team. This role focuses on IT support, cybersecurity, and streamlining processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Provide IT support to all employees.
– Manage assets, changes, and incidents.
– Support IT policies and processes.
– Handle IT onboarding and procurement.
– Maintain applications and IT projects.
– Collaborate with other teams.
– Cybersecurity expertise and knowledge of cloud tech.
– Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Dropbox.
– Focus on improving IT processes to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
– Degree or certification in information systems or equivalent.
– 5+ years in IT management.
– Cybersecurity experience.
– Familiarity with Windows and MacOS.
– Certifications like ITIL, CISSP, PMP are a plus.
– Experience in smaller environments is a bonus.
