IT Infrastructure Program Management Office is a dynamic team within the Information Technology organization. Our mandate is to collaborate with Bell IT Infrastructure Delivery & Contract management teams to define and deliver on key accountabilities. We require a highly motivated, creative and disciplined problem solver who thrives in an evolving and constantly challenging environment. This role provides great opportunity for exposure across many IT teams as well as varying levels of management, up to and including IT VP.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Drive innovation and simplicity: Identify and deliver opportunities, drive process improvements, standardization and automation to reduce manual handling
- Infrastructure Program & Financials management :
- Financial management, analysis and support of multiple IT infrastructure work programs
- Prepare and deliver monthly project and cost center results to respective team members
- Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly reviews to senior management to discuss results, objectives and ongoing opportunities
- Support team members in the completion of forecasts/understanding of financial results and assist with anomalies
- Provide training and support to project delivery team members
- Management of various internal projects (forecasting derived with input from different team members, updating a cost workbook, ensuring results are on target)
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of SAP to create WBS elements, network/activities and pull results on an ongoing basis
- Working knowledge of Bell processes, Security directive and systems, such as CATS, PORT, APSS, etc.
- Knowledge of IT Governance process and PEATS
- Driven to support and train project team members
- Excellent ability to communicate and influence others
- Excellent ability to listen, synthesize ideas and provide recommendations/solutions
- Excellent skills in planning, organizing and prioritizing
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong networking and partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Financial Management experience
- IT Program Management experience
- Undergraduate Degree –Accounting and/or Finance is ideal

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
