Job title: IT Project Director (Remote)
Job description:
- Ensure the implementation of changes/interventions related to the applications and ensure that the objectives of the projects are achieved;
- Ensure regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure communication-related to project issues;
- Ensure the necessary documentation regarding the status of the program;
- Take charge of program risk analysis in order to design, coordinate and monitor the interconnection of projects;
- Take charge of the management and evaluation of project managers and other employees according to the different projects;
- Develop and monitor timelines/budgets
- Evaluate program performance and maximize return on investment;
- Degree in management, information technology, or equivalent field
- 2-3 years of experience as a program/project manager
- Experience in managing IT projects/teams
- Excellent knowledge of project/program management techniques/methods
- Experience in the performance evaluation process and change management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office) and project management tools
- Excellent leadership, strong team spirit
