Job title: IT Project Manager

Job description:

• Deliver projects on schedule, within the set objectives and allocated budget
• Participate in defining the project objectives and collaborate with all parties involved
• Prepare a detailed project plan including steps, success factors and risks
• Ensure the availability of the resources assigned to the project by working closely with managers and follow up on the project’s status
• Regularly monitor project changes, both in terms of time and cost, and suggest solutions to minimize the impact
• Report on the project’s progress, performance and budget status
• Carry out, update and manage the overall communication of the project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management
• Previous project management experience in an IT department
• Knowledge of Salesforce, an asset
• PMP certification, an asset
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Excellent ability to learn new programs
• Good bilingualism, both speaking and writing, in French and in English
