Job Description

Reporting to the IT director, the project manager will coordinate IT implementation projects in the company. While liaising between the IT department and other departments to ensure that projects are on schedule.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare an updated inventory of projects within the framework of follow-up meetings.
• Monitor and supervise the actions in progress and supervise the schedule.
• Synthesize and share information with the program manager.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver results reports in the form of dashboards.
• Manage the budget, risks, and timelines of projects (deliverables, milestones, dates).
• Monitor the work of all internal stakeholders involved in its projects.
• Participate in project meetings, capture key actions and decisions, communicate appropriate decisions.
• Ensure the production of reports, indicators and other monitoring and control elements
• Identify, analyze and escalate any problem, risk or change.
• Identify and propose process improvements related to project control.

Knowledge

• Mandatory bilingual (French and English).
• Knowledge of ERP and / or Cybersecurity and / or MES projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, an asset.
• Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP knowledge, an asset.
• Knowledge of SQL databases an asset.

Education and experience

• Have a DEC or BAC in computer science or a relevant field.
• Have a CAPM or PMP certification, an asset.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in project management.
• Have experience in product development and in a manufacturing environment, an asset.
