We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager for our client based in Montreal.
Job description:
Plan, analyze and coordinate the implementation of various technological development projects in collaboration with the different departments of the company
Ensure the organization of meetings with various stakeholders on each project
Assume the role of business analyst as needed mainly for the evaluation of solutions (new and existing)
Ensure the documentation and review the existing one to make the appropriate adjustments (from the requirements to the test plans)
Ensure the implementation of a schedule and review the progress of the various projects to ensure that the deliverables schedule is followed.
Ensure proactive and effective communication on all projects.
Maintain project management tools (project plan, procedures, weekly presentation, others).
Profile description:
At least 2-4 years of experience in IT project management or equivalent
Experience in integrating/implementing ERP or CRM
Good knowledge of process improvement
PMP certification or other certification related to IT project management (asset)
Experience in agile method (asset)
Excellent sense of organization and priority management
Good skills in negotiation / communication
Experience in managing several files simultaneously
Excellent anticipation skills and sense of customer service
Fluent in French
Work experience: 4-5 years
