Salary: Up to $70,000 per annum
One of our clients is looking for an IT Support Specialist.
This will require the candidate to:
– Provide frontline support to local and remote end users for all desktop applications, hardware, and office equipment (printers, scanners, Telco) received
– Be responsible for documenting and closing tickets in accordance with corporate SLAs
– Process new hire onboarding requests including application and hardware setup and deployment
– Assess and escalate infrastructure trouble tickets
