Job description:
We are looking for an IT Technician Level 1-2 for our clients, specializing in the manufacturing field. This is a permanent position, salary between 55 000 and 60 000 $. Your missions:
– Provide daily support to users
– Manage and diagnose anomalies, incidents, and breakdowns
– Create new accounts, accompany and train users
– Maintain and improve existing documentation
– Manage and maintaining servers and diagnosing network problems may be part of the missions requested
Profile description:
– DEC in computer science
– 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
– Good knowledge of Windows, Office and Active Directory
– Good knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMware (an asset)
– Bilingual (French and English)
Work experience: 2-3 years
Salary benefits : 4,791.5
