We are looking for An IT System / Business Analyst (can be 100% remote) ;
Job description:
- Act as a liaison between developers and users to ensure technical compatibility and meet the needs of both parties
- Ensure adequate documentation of the systems (user manuals and technical manuals)
- Ensure the taking of user needs in order to translate them effectively to the development teams
- Work as a team to manage and prioritize the user / operator requests and requirements
- Assume the role of customer/user representative to the development team
Profile description:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum)
- Good knowledge in business analysis/product management
- Excellent skill in understanding business needs in order to translate them into functionalities for the team
- Easy to manage priorities and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of SQL
- Assets: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, DevOps, M365, Sharepoint
Work experience: 2-3 years
Salary benefits : 7,500.0
