What we offer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT System Administrator to join our IT department. As an IT System Administrator, you will be primarily focused on our cloud environment but will be able to assist the infrastructure team and act as an escalation point with our Service Desk and Site services teams. You will also address any issues related to security and performance, identify potential technology innovations, and engage with businesses. You will participate in the execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure the quality and reliability of our IT solutions. What you’ll do

  • Microsoft Azure: Manage and maintain our Azure infrastructure, including tasks such as virtual machine configuration, storage solution implementation, network settings management, and the assurance of both security and cost efficiency for all cloud resources.
  • Mobile Device Management: Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune) that includes managing 3000+ devices. Being able to Creates, deploys, and administer configurations for devices ranging from iOS to Windows. You will be continuously building and managing our Autopilot environment.
  • Identity Provider (IdP): Experienced with Azure Active Directory and implementing Single Sign on to streamline access to various applications.
  • Patch Management: Being able to adapt to our patch management environment, working close with our Security to test and deploy patches/updates using Intune and ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus.
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage the organization’s Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and permissions. Ensure that all systems are secure and up-to-date.
  • Windows Suite Technologies: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of Windows Suite technologies across the organization with special attention to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in IT
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) is nice to have.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification is a nice to have but not required.
  • Experienced with Microsoft suite of technologies including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and AutoPilot
  • Understands advanced concepts of networking including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, VPN technologies, etc. Fortinet administration experience is preferred.
  • Experience with backup and recovery of systems and configs across various platforms is required. Considered a plus if you’ve participated in routine DR testing.
  • Basic scripting knowledge preferred. PowerShell is a plus.
