We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed IT systems, as well as designing, testing, and implementing new systems. The IT Systems Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and requirements, and assess existing systems to determine areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conducting system analysis and design to identify and resolve problems.
• Providing user support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with developers, project managers, and other team members to identify and prioritize projects.
• Creating system documentation, including requirements, specifications, and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conducting research to identify technology trends and best practices.
• Performing system testing and quality assurance on all new and modified systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Systems Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in system documentation and project management.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
