Job title: IT Systems Manager

Job description: Our client is looking for a IT Systems Manager who will oversees, manages, and maintains the overall software, networks, and supports the organization in all technology requirements and technical components.

This position is responsible for leading the IT department, coaching, and mentoring future IT team members, manages budgets, department vision, strategy, and oversight for seamless day to day IT, network security and data security infrastructure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint):

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerBI report development, and proven experience as IT manager or similar role;

Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems;

Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.

Experience in controlling information technology budget;

Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills;

Outstanding communication abilities;

Strong knowledge of project management principles;

10+ years’ experience as an Information Technology professional;

5+ years’ management experience in IT role;

Assets:

Microsoft Dynamics – Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics – CRM

Experience with Cyber Compliance and Monitoring

Experience with Cyber Security, Risk Assessment, and Incident Management
