We are currently looking for a bilingual IT Technician / analyst to work for our client, a healthy food distributor.
Job description:
Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware / software
Participate in the deployment projects of the latest technologies
Participate in various projects related to office automation
Provide support and training for users
From time to time travel to support the various sites of the company
Provide support to the level 1 technician as needed
Profile description:
Fluency in oral and written French, functional English
DEC in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum experience of one (1) year in a similar position
Experience with the Microsoft environment
Experience with the Apple environment (asset)
Ability to provide quality service to users and level 1 technicians
Work experience: 1-2 years
Salary benefits : 5,000.0
