We are looking for an IT technician with a good knowledge in networking for one of our clients.
Job description:
- Participate in the installation, configurations, repairs and updates of software and hardware
- Participate in the management of the IT equipment as well as all the documentation of IT incidents
- Provide IT support to users
- Take charge of the inventory of computer equipment
- Ensure the efficiency of servers, networks, printer, workstations, antivirus, as well as user access
- Ensure the administration of all databases as well as the sharing of information with the ERP.
- Work in close collaboration with the other teams of the company
Profile description:
- Diploma in computer science or relevant equivalence
- Good networking experience (CISCO)
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment
- Good knowledge of VMware
- Fluent in French and English
- CCNA accreditation (asset).
